Bridget is absolutely amazing. The program she created for me allowed me to naturally lose weight, tone and increase my strength resistance. I’ve been a part of other personal training programs and this is the ONLY one that I’ve consistently participated in. For the first time, I look forward to working out and seeing my fellow workout partners. I am forevermore endeared and indebted to dear, sweet, spunky Bridget for her quiet patience and creativity training me for years. She has a keen eye watching me so I don’t injure a joint during challenging movements, which I definitely appreciate since I’m very active. I really appreciate the monthly challenges, tasty recipes and meal plans. The workouts are fun, exciting and I always look forward to what new plan she has. I’ve learned the value of continuing exercise through every decade of my life and I receive many compliments on how in shape and healthy I look. I’ve always been a skeptic of personal training or group training. I always thought that I’d feel like the group training would be competitive and uncomfortable. Every negative thought I had was completely blown away from day one. I felt welcomed by Bridget and all of the other ladies in the group from the start. Each session is fun but SO VERY CHALLENGING but the environment is such that I only compete with myself. Responses from Bridget are always timely even when I have the smallest question which is amazing. My first 30 days, my shorts are fitting better without having to squeeze in as much as I used to. I am excited to see what my next 30 days progress looks like and will bring. Highly recommended!!

Ten years ago I didn’t even know what a burpee was and I never would have ever thought I could run a 5k. I’ve learned and developed physically and mentally throughout these years because of Bridget.

My physical journey with Bridget has been amazing for me to see changes in my body and in my physical strength because of her push and her passion. Mentally , I used to say ,” I can’t” but I’ve definitely learned that just isn’t true. With Bridget’s motivation and positive support she has made me see that it just takes some time and anything is possible. I have such a different view on physical training now, and it’s definitely been one of the best positive changes in my life. It’s a part of me now, Mentally and physically. I wouldn’t be where I am today if it wasn’t for Bridget! She’s been a blessing that I am truly thankful for.
